The bottom line is that we want all our client's to be happy with their purchase and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are taken care of.

Each Reconditioned Slot Machine sold in the United States is backed by a: 6 month limited parts and labor warranty.
 

If you have a problem with your machine, call us 866-705-1222 We will do everything possible to resolve the problem over the phone and send you any part needed to return your machine to proper working order. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the defective part back to our warehouse on an exchange basis. It is the client's responsibility to install the replacement part.
 

For 6 months, (the original purchaser)...If during the 6 months  your machine fails to operate, the defective part will be repaired, or replaced (Custom Slots Gaming reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product with a similar but not necessarily identical product depending on availability) at no additional charge to the customer.

 

When contacting Custom Slots Gaming for any warranty repair or replacement, please provide proof of purchase and the serial number of the machine.

 

The warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

 

This warranty Does NOT cover machines shipped overseas or sold outside the United States and EXCLUDES all bulbs and tubes.

 

Service to this machine by anyone other than Custom Slots Gaming, or their authorized agents will void the warranty for this machine.

 

This warranty covers personal home use only.  Commercial use accounts are not covered.

 

This WARRANTY does not cover damage caused by the following: Neglect, misuse, fire, flood, vandalism, or acts of God. Custom Slots Gaming is not responsible for any damages of any slot machine, slot machine parts or glass, both the slot machine supplier and shipping company are fully responsible. We however always request full insurance coverage for the total purchase price, to help with any replacement in the event of such damages, on the behalf of  our client's.
 

Due to the type of product, (ALL SALES ARE FINAL) there are no returns or refunds on slot machines (unless due to damage in shipment which photo's are required along with a filed damage claim), otherwise only exchanges of equal value, or by the client paying the difference of a higher priced machine and all related packaging/shipping/insurance fees.

 

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Custom Slots Gaming / Griner Enterprises are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
