All our machines come with a full parts & labor warranty (see Warranty section for details).  However, should you need service after the warranty period, we offer a full repair service for any machine we sell plus we can usually repair other machines as well (so if you cannot get parts or service from the business you purchased your slot machine from, we can help you too).  Send us an e-mail or give us a call if you need service. 

 

We also offer free on-line technical support plus unlimited free basic phone support to our customers so if you feel comfortable working on your own machine, we can guide you through the troubleshooting process.  Our web site contains all kinds of technical information from service manuals to a layman's description on how to clear common error codes or how to set the various options on your machine.
