We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order or if damage in shipment, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it.

ALL sales are final however you can exchange or return any item (in the same condition as we shipped it) for a full merchandise credit which is good for up to 6 months.  Returns for exchanges due to damaged items are accepted within 7 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Any credit will not include any shipping fee's.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and restocking charges. There is a 15% restocking charge on all items exchanged!

Exchanges for our personalized conversion kits & kits with machines: There are NO refunds or exchanges for any item that has been personalized, unless in the event of a misspelling or damage, which we will replace or the same after any corrections are made.

Exchanges for all other non-personalized items: we will exchange or issue a merchandise credit which is good for up to 6 months and is non-transferable.

SHIPPING:

All returned shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and it is up to the buyer to repackage the item/s they wish to return, in the same manner in which they received them...i.e.: if you are returning any slot machine you MUST bubble wrap the machine, bolt it to the pallet it arrived on and recrate if it came to you crated.
