Custom Slots Gaming layaway program is a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy a slot machine without paying the full price immediately.

 

When using our layaway program, we will hold your slot machine while you pay in full through installments before receiving the slot machine. This is a great way to receive a slot machine so you can give it as a gift, for any special occasion.

TERMS

DEPOSIT: A $50% deposit is required to start your slot machine layaway and is due when receiving your order. This deposit is non-refundable.

 

SERVICE CHARGE: We charge $10 for each payment  for servicing your layaway account. The deposit is considered a payment.

 

LENGTH OF LAYAWAY: Your layaway plan will consist of one deposit and three or five monthly payments. We are open to other layaway plan options and must be agreed upon by both parties.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We will accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks or cash for layaway deposit and payments.

 

RETURNED CHECKS: Order cancelled, deposit is non-refundable and bank fees will be accessed. Remaining funds returned.

 

PAYMENTS: It is the customers responsibility to make payments on or before the payment due date. Last payment must be cleared through the bank, normally 14 days, or paid by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders or cashier's checks prior to shipment.

LATE PAYMENTS: If any layaway payment is 5 days overdue, you will receive a cancellation notice by email or U.S.P.S. You must respond to the notice within 2 days or your layaway plan will be cancelled. Refunds will be made with the exception of the non-refundable deposit, any accessed bank fees and a $15.00 late payment fee.

 

PAYING IN FULL: You have the right to pay your layaway in full anytime before the due date with no penalty charges.

CANCELLATION TERMS: You may cancel your layaway plan at any time and refunds will be made with the exception of the non-refundable deposit and any accessed bank fees.

 

RETURNS: All sales are final on layaway items.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Upon receiving your layaway order, you will be given an invoice stating your layaway total and an outline of your terms, payment dates, payment amounts and acceptance of terms statement. This invoice must be signed stating that you accept all layaway terms.
